I had zero expectations when I picked it up ( Erika told me to read it), but it instantly grabbed my attention and held it until the end. I love, love, love, loved Crazy Rich Asians! Loved it! This novel is witty, clever, charming and downright entertaining. It’s thought-provoking and very memorable. This book is so easy to read and would make an excellent companion on your summer vacation. This fictional story is about a lady who realizes that her dead husband isn’t actually dead (after three years of him being missing)…so who does she pick? Him or her fiancé? I got to tell you…I had a hard time trying to decide who she needed to end up with. Remember how last year, I picked Cancel The Wedding as my favorite book of the year? Well, I had the same vibe reading this one. I read five great books this month, but two of them were exceptional. That’s right…it’s only April and I’m already picking my horses. This month, I read five books and honestly, I’m going to be SHOCKED if two of them aren’t in my top 3 for the YEAR. Okay, as you know, this is ALWAYS one of my very favorite posts of the month (it might actually be my favorite!). It’s really good and I hope, they’re coming out with a season two!
I found it incredibly fascinating! It’s a Netflix original but you could most definitely watch it with your pre-teens and such (it’s not graphic at all!). There are only 10 episodes, so you’ll breeze right through it.
